Refund Policy

Refunds and Exchanges:

If you wish to return your goods for a full refund you have 30 days to do so. contact us on info@easytechparts.com for return address details

The items must be returned in the same condition they were received in, refunds may be denied if there is signs of usage or installation. Please use a tracked service when posting items back as we can not be held liable for lost items.

Faulty items:

Although faulty items rarely occur, if they do please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item and we will send out a prepaid postage label for you to print out and send back to us for either a refund or replacement as per your request.

Items that arrived cracked:

If your replacement screen arrived cracked, you will need to let us know within 2 days of the item being received to your address, otherwise it will seem as though you cracked it yourself. (Cracked screens void the manufacture warranty) So please check the item thoroughly once it arrives.

Ordered the wrong model:

Customers often order the incorrect model from time to time, and although we offer free postage and packaging on most orders, if you have mistakenly ordered the wrong item, you will need to send it back to us at your cost and there may be a 10% admin fee deduction from the refund. So kindly ensure you order the right model.
